| it should be the adhesion promoter. Before applying the primer, you should spray some of this stuff or equivalent. It's a clear spray sold in an aerosol can that you apply on the bare urethane, it works wonders. Once that is applied, you can use pretty much any good-quality primer. I've used it on all my urethane body parts.
